Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking within 48 hours of your pick-up time, we are happy to offer a full refund, less a $30 administration charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your pick-up time will receive a 50% refund, less a $30 administration charge. Cancellations on the day of pick-up, or no-shows, will receive no refund.

Change Requests

Should you need to make changes to your booking please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will aim to accommodate all change requests. Back-to-back scheduling may however mean a delay to pick-up time.

Waiting Times

Each scheduled pick-up includes a grace period as outlined below. We recommend customers have mobiles phones switched on and handy should we need to contact you.

Private/Hotel Pick-up: 15 minutes. Customers not ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time are considered as no-shows and subject to the cancellation policy. Please call 0400 44 66 99 if you are running late.

Domestic and International Airport: 60 minutes. Additional waiting time will incur a cost of $55 per half hour increments.

Cruise Terminal: 30 minutes. Additional waiting time will incur a cost of $55 per half hour increments.

Pick-up and drop-off times

We will always endeavour to meet your requested pick-up and drop-off times. We are unable however to take responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor outside of our control.

Payment Terms

All Brisbane Airport and Gold Coast Airport bookings (to and from) require payment 48 hours in advance.
Sunshine Coast transfers can be paid in advance or paid to driver on pick-up. All private function transfers such as weddings and corporate functions require payment 14 days in advance.

Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse pick-up due to intoxication or aggressive behaviour in which cases no refund will be given. Any damage caused to vehicle will incur a minimum charge of $250 AUD, plus the cost of any lost orders due to vehicle not being operational ($850 AUD per day).

Baggage Information

Surcharges may apply to items such as bikes, surf boards, golf bags and excessive baggage. Child seats are complimentary.

Merchant Fee

All major credit card payments will incur a 2.5% merchant fee. AMEX will incur a 4% merchant fee. Online bookings will incur a 2.5% merchant fee across all major credit cards and AMEX. Payment via direct transfer will incur no charge. Direct payment details are listed on our invoices.
